4. Audio Recording and Voice Data

Important: By using Speaklyn, you explicitly consent to the recording and analysis of your voice during conversations with our AI.

  • Audio is recorded during active conversation sessions
  • Our AI analyzes vocal tone, texture, and emotional expression in real-time
  • Audio files are stored securely and encrypted
  • Analysis results are used to generate coaching reports
  • Historical audio data helps personalize future coaching

4.2 Audio Data Retention

We retain your audio recordings for:

  • Active accounts: Duration of your subscription plus 90 days
  • Cancelled accounts: 30 days after cancellation (unless you request immediate deletion)
  • Anonymized data: May be retained indefinitely for AI model improvement

4.3 Your Audio Data Rights

You have the right to request deletion of your audio recordings at any time by contacting us at lakshya.gupta.ug24@plaksha.edu.in. Please note that deletion may limit our ability to provide personalized coaching.
